Eddies NFT – Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase, hold, or interact with NFTs.
• By participating, you confirm compliance with local laws and regulations.

2. Blockchain & Wallet Responsibility

• Ed NFTs are minted and exist on a public blockchain. All transactions are final and irreversible.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, seed phrases, and private keys. We cannot recover lost access.
• Ed3 is not responsible for gas fees, failed transactions, or third-party wallet issues.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Eddies IP: All rights in the Eddies brand, lore, names, characters, and trademarks are owned by Ed3.
• Your NFT Artwork: When you hold an Ed NFT, you gain exclusive ownership rights to the artwork of that NFT, including unlimited commercial rights.
• You may use, reproduce, modify, and monetize your specific Ed NFT artwork without restriction.
• Exclusive rights transfer automatically when the NFT is sold or transferred.
• Limitations: You may not:
  • Claim rights to the broader Eddies brand or use official marks/logos without permission.
  • Use your Ed for illegal, defamatory, or hateful purposes.

4. Utilities & Features

• Ed NFTs may grant access to utilities such as: Yuzu Points, Platform Access, Seasonal Competitions, Custom Themes, or other rewards.
• Utilities are subject to change, expansion, or discontinuation at any time at Ed3's discretion.
• No guarantees are made regarding the future functionality or value of utilities.

5. No Financial or Investment Advice

• Eddies NFTs are digital collectibles. They are not securities, investments, or guarantees of financial return.
• Ed3 does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ed3 is not liable for:

• Losses from blockchain or smart contract bugs.
• Hacks, phishing, or third-party exploits.
• Loss of wallet access, keys, or NFTs.
• Market volatility or loss of NFT value.

7. Updates to Terms

• Ed3 reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
• Continued use of the site or NFTs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
